TEN5 SUMMERHILL
Ten5 is a new townhome development along Georgia Avenue within the quickly revitalizing Summerhill neighborhood in Atlanta. The project design reflects shifting expectations and needs for contemporary urban dwellings with a focus on reduced scale living infilled with higher proportions of outdoor and active spaces. The building fully occupies and opens onto the street along the corner lot’s entire public perimeter to help reactivate Summerhill’s primary corridor.
