SPRING VALLEY

The owners’ love of cantilevers, angles and levels inspired Spring Valley’s design. The house’s architecture explores these concepts through organization of uses into two separate geometries which intersect at an angle, cantilever over one another, and sit at different levels. These geometries house living and sleeping quarters simultaneously organized along the street, the angled property line, and the rising grade elevation.
